Wisconsin Club | Milwaukee, WI

  • 5:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception
  • 6:30 p.m. Seated Dinner
  • Cocktail Attire
  • Complimentary Valet Parking

Ed Feulner is co-founder and former president of The Heritage Foundation, one of the world’s most influential think tanks. He served from 1977 to 2013 and again from 2017 to 2018, transforming a small policy shop into an American powerhouse of conservative ideas.

Under Feulner’s guidance, Heritage took a leading role in informing and shaping national policy during the presidency of Ronald Reagan. It is estimated that 60% of the 2,000 proposals in the foundation’s Mandate for Leadership policy agenda were implemented or initiated by the end of Reagan’s first year in office.

Over the years, Feulner has been listed as one of the 100 most influential conservatives in America (the Daily Telegraph), the 6th most powerful conservative in Washington (Karl Rove) and one of “the 100 Americans the Left hates most” (Townhall magazine). He is a Bradley Prize winner, recipient of the Charles Hoeflich Lifetime Achievement Award and the author of nine books.

Join the Badger Institute and Ed Feulner as he casts a vision for the Institute’s Mandate for Madison, our policy action plan for Wisconsin citizens and leaders toward a freer and more prosperous future.

Registration is now closed. Thank you to all who made plans to attend.
