Primary elections are Aug. 13 in Wisconsin. Also on the ballot are two referendum questions. Voting “Yes” to both will help Wisconsin rein in wasteful, out-of-control spending.
See, right now Wisconsin’s governor has total control over how billions of dollars in federal aid is spent across the state. Voting “Yes” gives your elected legislators a say in how that money is spent.
Smarter spending through stronger checks and balances. That’s what’s on the ballot Aug. 13.
So mark your calendars and be sure to get out and vote. It’s “Yes” on 1 and “Yes” on 2 — better for Wisconsin and better for you!
